Pocket Hose vs Traditional Hose - #review

The Pocket Hose Ultra is one of the most popular “As Seen on TV” products out there. Almost everyone has a garden hose in their yard, whether it’s to run the sprinkler system, fill the pool, water the garden, or cool off the kids and grandkids on a hot summer’s day. Unfortunately, many of the hoses designed in the past were constructed from heavy materials that weaken over time, and they certainly aren’t affordable either. The Pocket Hose has changed all of that.

Benefits of the Pocket Hose

  • The expandable Pocket Hose remains small until it is connected to a spigot and the water is turned on. It immediately grows larger – up to 100 feet in length, depending upon the size you purchase.
The collapsible hose compresses again once the water is turned off. Even the largest version, which is 100 feet in length, is ultra-light, portable, and simple to store.
Strong amber tip connectors won’t strip and do not make the As Seen on TV hose heavy.
Despite the light weight and small size, the Pocket Hose Ultra can handle pressures up to 200 PSI. In fact, even being run over by a truck won’t stop it!
Because of the durable materials from which it is constructed, it will not “rot” or dry out in the sun only to crack like a traditional hose. It is long lasting and is sure to make your life simpler.
Available in four different sizes and price points to meet all of your needs: 25’, 50’, 75’, and versatile 100’ options ranging in price from just $12.99 to $39.99 will fit any budget.

You Never Need to Buy another Hose

As you have likely discovered at some point in the past, a standard garden hose is quite expensive. What’s more, over time, sun exposure and general usage breaks down the rubber and plastic, leaving it brittle and susceptible to damage and leaking. This means that even when you are using your investment for its intended purpose, it is getting weaker by the day and will inevitably fail, leaving you to purchase yet another expensive garden hose and start the cycle all over again. The Pocket Hose Ultra can end that cycle with its durable, innovative, expandable construction that is just as easy to use as it is to carry and store.

Make Everyday Tasks Easier

Many companies have come up with hose storage carts with handles that allow you to wind up your standard hose and wheel it away to its proper storage space. These are still heavy, and they still occupy quite a bit of space. In fact, it might seem like watering your flowers or garden – or even playing with the kids – has become a tedious task because of that heavy hose. The Pocket Hose remedies this by providing a lightweight, easy-to-carry solution that goes from storage to use and back to storage without any hassle whatsoever.

The Pocket Hose Ultra is one of the simplest yet most effective inventions of our time. It makes tasks that once seemed difficult – or even impossible for some – simpler than ever.

Review:

Although the hose does seem to work as described and does shrink back mostly to original size when not in use I cannot indicate how long it lasts verses traditional hoses as I have only been able to use it twice due to the cold weather.

I love that it takes up MUCH less space than traditional hoses and does not tend to get in the way when mowing (a big risk with regular hoses), and I do like how well it compacts and is easy to keep contained and out of the way making the yard look neater and nicer.

The price is good compared to regular hoses of the same or similar length and as long as it is no left on the ground, but hung up and coiled I can expect to get years of use out of it.

My review:

An uplifting read for young girls, probably more so for tweens than teens. It teaches valuable life lessons for the young mind, all the while placing the responsibility on the reader herself. Personally, I think it might work better on the pre-teens, as they tend not to be as obsessed about outer appearances yet, and this could be a important tool in teaching them about inner beauty from an early age. Don’t miss this opportunity to help shape their values from an early start!

ABOUT THE BOOK

Six years ago, the government took control of the church. Only re-translated Bibles are legal, and a specialized agency called the Constabulary enforces this and other regulations. Marcus Brenner, a new Christian, will do anything to protect his church family from

imprisonment--including risk his own freedom to gain the trust of a government agent.

Aubrey Weston recanted her faith when the Constabulary threatened her baby. Now released, she just wants to provide for her son and avoid government notice. But she's targeted again, and this time, her baby is taken into custody. If only she'd never denied Him, maybe God would hear her pleas for help.

When Aubrey and Marcus's lives collide, they are forced to confront the lies they believe about themselves. And God is about to grab hold of Marcus's life in a way he'd never expect, turning a loner into a leader.
